In addition to being a dependable company, we have felt you were a personal friend that we could count on when we needed things done down there. Even though we have been 2,000 miles away from Tallahassee, you have never hesitated in coming to our rescue when needed, no matter how large or small the job, then billing us here in Cheyenne. We would also like to have you thank your wife, as she has been very helpful in the past. We have had an open account with you for about 25 years and you have never failed us.

This note is to tell you what a great group of people you employ at Jim Bennett's Plumbing. First I must praise your office staff. When I called your office on February 3, 1999, a person, I think the name was Lynn, made me feel as if my problem took priority over all others. I think it was her tone of voice. Shortly after my call, Tony arrived. He is such a dear man, and I learned to appreciate just what plumbers do. I can't close without mentioning the driver of the pump truck, he was very careful of the grass and so very polite.

PS. Maybe your employees should conduct a seminar for other companies.
